Chantalle has been teaching yoga in Guelph since 1995. She began exploring yoga when she was thirteen with her mom. She trained at Kripalu in 1995. She has studied and been inspired by many teachers, most recently she has completed a two year certification training with Hart Lazer. Chantalle is very grateful for the wisdom, knowledge, and compassion that Hart shared.
Chantalle is funny and compassionate. Her classes are invigorating, playful, and appropriate for everyone.
