Mama baby yoga is a wonderful place to bring your baby and love up your post baby body.  These classes are all about loving ourselves.  They are about supporting one another!  Acknowledging the wildness of motherhood which includes joys and the sorrows!  Yoga is a wonderful place to be during the wildness of these times!

They are about being patient with ourselves as our lives change and we grow into motherhood.

YOU CAN BEGIN THESE CLASSES AT ANY TIME DURING THE SESSION!  session will be prorated!!!!!!
