Mama baby yoga is a wonderful place to bring your baby and love up your post baby body.  These classes are all about loving ourselves.  They are about supporting one another!  Acknowledging the wildness of motherhood which includes the joys and the sorrows!  Yoga is a wonderful place to be during the wildness of these times, because yoga really is about love. These classes are about being patient with ourselves as our lives change and we grow into motherhood.

13 Week Fall Session runs from September 13 – December 13

Registration is required. But you can join at anytime during the session and I will prorate it for you. Registering is simple. Just email me at and I will add you to the list. E-transfer to confirm your registration.
